The price includes: 6 nights in a fully equipped sports resort – 17 training lessons under the guidance of top specialists – numerous and high-quality international sparring – 3 meals a day – swimming pool – sauna – physiotherapist if needed – transport 

A very high-quality camp for young competitors with racing experience and used to regular training for performance sports between the ages of 15 and 20, in a sports center located in the Swiss Alps. Focused on technique and randori. The camp is led by Sergei Aschwanden, 6th DAN, Olympic medalist (bronze) from Beijing 2008 in weight up to 90 kg.

Average participation of 300 competitors from all over the world, including medalists from high cadet and junior competitions. Organized in cooperation with the IJF, with a partial subsidy for the stay.

The camp in this tour is not intended for beginners and those with moderate or intermediate skills. It is designed for male and female fighters who have been practicing judo for several years, are in good physical and technical condition, have competitive experience, train regularly and can withstand a lot.

Notice: “In the event that the price has to be adjusted due to an increase in fuel prices, or based on changes in the host’s requirements, you will be informed before confirming the reservation and payment. Your reservation is only binding after payment of the advance invoice.”

The transport route is assumed, changes are reserved depending on the transport situation and the development of fuel prices

By car: Prague – Regensburg – Munich – Vaduz – Fiesch.

Accommodation: at the training place

Meals: 3 times a day included in the price, also possible to purchase

23/07/2024: Departure from Prague: approx. 07:00 a.m. from SH Folimanka

24.07. 2024: start of the camp at 07:30 a.m. wake-up call and then according to the training itinerary:

Daily: morning pull-up exercise before breakfast. Breakfast: 08:00 – 08:45

Daily: 4x training, combination of technical focus, randori and fitness (Wednesday 1x training – afternoon walking in the mountains)

Stay: full board + training, swimming pool, sauna, beach volleyball. included.

29/07/2024: Departure to Prague: approx. 8:30 a.m. with arrival in the late evening
