The price includes: 4 nights’ accommodation – 6 technical trainings under the guidance of a top specialist – return transport 

This internship is not intended for beginners and intermediate or intermediate students. It is designed for male and female fighters who have been practicing judo for several years, are in good physical and technical condition, have competitive experience, train regularly and can withstand a lot. The internship is specialized in the techniques used in today’s modern judo and the methodology of their training. The concept is mainly of a study nature in a combination of explanation x examples x practice x repetition and improvement x evaluation. Randori may be part of the internship, but is not a priority.

On the day of arrival: start and then according to the training itinerary:
Daily: morning pull-up exercise before breakfast.
Daily: 2x technical training
